Save power and memory with Lite Messenger: - Background connections to the Facebook server are optimized; - This messenger lite needs no more than 20 MB of RAM; - Lite Messenger utilizes a streamlined version of the Messenger interface; - Lite Messenger only requires 4MB to download and around 30MB to install.
Protect your privacy. Instantly connect and talk using a Facebook account with a public profile (we don't require this, but Facebook provides it by default) If your Android version is later than 5, we additionally ask for permission to use your camera for video calls. This messenger just needs a small number of permissions to allow you to share and receive photographs obtained from Facebook.

1. Losing position on the newsfeed: Go to settings and check open posts in new tabs.
